The staff was polite, the room was airy and stylish. The location was perfect - 500 metres away from Santa Cruz Beach. Delicious food in the al fresco restaurant in the vicinity.

Fairly clean place, handy location, welcoming staff. I was happy, my queen room came with a balcony overlooking the poo, a spacious bathroom and kettle.

Truly memorable stay overall. I enjoyed the beds, they were cozy, and how respectful the staff was. The perfect breakfast had plenty of meals and the food I tasted was reasonably priced. Best possible location to mercado de santa cruz market.

Pleasant overnight overall experience. The hotel was impeccable, nevertheless the views were really bad, tbh. I appreciated excellent lighting. The place was a few steps away from Santa Cruz city centre. It was good to have bottled drinks in the pool bar.

We liked our stunning rooms, plus the staff was decent. Exquisite breakfast and local food. Charming view, a lovely balcony, very clean bed, too. Gorgeous location, next to santa cruz beach. Modern interior, wonderful restaurant.

Grand venue, good value for price. Exceptional food and easygoing staff. Elegant unit with a fresh decor. Breakfast had lots of options, toast, pastries and eggs.

The room had not so great views.

In relation to the reasonable price paid, it was NOT CROWDED place to stay with welcoming service. The easy check-in process too. What's more, free parking was available here.

Food was fine, staff was best. Close to the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Just a walk down to bom jesus restaurante, where you can have lunch. There were facilities such as a heating system, a safe and an electronic key card...

All staff were great and it was a very clean in that superior hotel. Marvellous location, easy to get anywhere. They have on-site restaurant called O Engenho. We enjoyed the fact that there were a safe, a work desk and a television with satellite channels in the room.

room was very big. for dinner we chose confeitaria los nietos, that was 600 metres from the hotel. we would like to stay longer if we go to santa cruz.
